Ordering

The offer for sale of our products is subject to stock availability. Orders can be taken by our secure online site.
Although we take great care in describing and presenting the articles sold as precisely as possible, some errors might occur. In this case, we cannot in any way be considered responsible. The photographs showing the articles have an indicative value only due to changes which may occur during transcription on to the site.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will be able to return the item for an exchange or a refund.

Prices

Our prices are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error. Payment is made by Paypal and so currencies available through Paypal can also be used. Prices do not include post and packing charges currently applied for delivery (see "delivery"). Invoices should be kept and delivery notes enclosed with any article returned for an exchange or a refund.

Order Confirmation

The contract is concluded when the customer issues confirmation of his/her order.
Hilly Chrisp Ltd will send an e-mail confirming your order within 3 working days.
You may also print out your order.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address clearly when placing the order via the internet.
Your order will be delivered by International Airmail or International Courier. Please note that we aim to deliver in the time frames noted below.
If an article is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will send it out as soon as it becomes available and will inform you by email accordingly.
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Duties

The customer will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port delivery of goods outside Hong Kong.
